Hello:

After a conversation with SVOD support, and without any technical explanation, the SVO3 and the ZIF began to recognize the EC. So I am wrinting this to express my gratitude to all the SVOD staff. And, of course, to all of you, members like me. "Problem" solved.

JUST FOR OUR INFO (for all of us who doesn’t know it): I have received an email from SVOD, confirming that this EC (KB930) is NOT programmable. By the way, if somebody can put here a list or a link with the ECs which are programmable, and which ones are not, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Screen captures ENE KB3930. I have tested ENE KB9022 under same conditions and it works fine.

Applicable also to ENE KB926QF. But with this one, pins checked OK, and after that, it tells you "connecting to KBC status false":

I am trying to connect with an ITE EC placed on the following motherboard:
ASUS X555LD rev 3.6

The SVOD3 program shows me the following error:
ITE series not detected
ITE is busy

Can you help me please?
