i get not detected message but i have the connections correct

this MEC1633 is out of a T480s

are the pads on the MEC1633 corrct for jtag
TDI C11
TDO A11
CLK C10
TMS B10
RST A10

i get the message MECXXXX series not detected when i select mode MEC in the list and then read id using the adapter

do i just select mec1633 jtag and use the adapter?

can i use this adapter to read a mec1633
