I’m having the same error all the time. I have a question: I supose that all ZIF boards are tested there in Kosice before leaving your lab. But just in case, I need to check with you if all the closed jumpers are correct. Only 5 are jumpered (I will try to post a pic), and only 2 100k SMD resistors...

if you ITE8585 not new and with firmware inside, need solder spi25 flash empty with size more 128k
