Can not read the ID of NUVOTON kbc

Hello guys, I hope you can help me:

I recently bought a SVOD3, and today I found the following problem: I can not read the device ID of a NUVOTON kbc. Below you will find all the details:

SPI speed set: 21Mhz
KBC: NUVOTON NPCE791LA0DX.
Laptop: Toshiba satellite L-745
MOTHERBOARD: DATE5MB16AO rev:A.

**One important observation: The connector of the keyboard in the motherboard has 34 pins, but I only receive the keyboard extender board with connectors of 32 pins. Could you clarify if I have to connect the ribbon cable near the pin 1 or the pin 34 on the motherboard side?**

I connected the programmer to the motherboard in the 2 possible ways. I check the ground connected, and plug the charger to the motherboard to.

Ohh, are you sure? Because I found the bin file for it in several webpages (based on the model of the motherboard, of course).
