IT8587E ITE is busy

I have laptop Lenovo IdeaPad U330 DA0LZ5MB8D0 REV: D with IT8587E FXA

the laptop turns on, with no screen. I tried new Bios same error.

tried to read the EC with SVOD3 but says ITE is busy

I replaced with new IT8587E DXA, same error ITE is busy

I have uploaded the motherboard to SVOD server with the name Lenovo U330P DAOLZ5MB8D0 REV-D IT8587E FXS

I checked pins with schematics, no mistakes.

what i'm doing wrong.

I don't have ZIF adapter, how can I program it other ways?

The problem is that the EC is not erased or empty. And sorry...you don't have the ZIF debugger...it will be difficult for you to solve.
