SVOD-Project

Good Morning.
This week my Svod3 arrived, however when I try to record a NM-A751 motherboard with I/O LENOVO IT8586E, I select the motherboard, pinout checks, but when I click on READ ID it shows the ITE SERIES NOT FOUND error.
I already changed 3 I/O and they have the same problem.
Can anybody help me?

Please try to give us more info, like: is SVOD3 telling you the pins are OK?. If the pins are OK, the most common issue is the lack of the 3,3V line. If you already have +3,3V in the motherboard, the second and most common problem is that the ECs are not "empty". The only problem in this is situation is that you will need the SVOD ZIF bebugger boards, in order to "clear" the contents of this, or any other EC.
