KB9022 Not programming in ZIF

Hello:

To my surprise, I am not able to program an ITE KB9022Q with SVOD3 and ZIF kit (latest FW and SW). Its telling me all time, and in different, previously tested computers, "Connecting to KBC status false".

As a board, I use of course ZIF-ENE. And it tells me all the pins are OK. But when I try to read from the EC, it tells me the above mentioned message.

Any ideas???. I am in a hurry, BTW (...as ever).

Hello:

After a conversation with SVOD support, and without any technical explanation, the SVO3 and the ZIF began to recognize the EC. So I am wrinting this to express my gratitude to all the SVOD staff. And, of course, to all of you, members like me. "Problem" solved.
