do i just select mec1633 jtag and use the adapter?

i get the message MECXXXX series not detected when i select mode MEC in the list and then read id using the adapter

are the pads on the MEC1633 corrct for jtag

TDO A11
CLK C10
TMS B10
RST A10

Hi everyone.
I have got the problem with detection of MEC1703
I connect to mainboard via JDEG1 (JTAG_TDI, JTAG_TMS, JTAG_CLK, JTAG_TDO) and JTAG1 (JTAG_RST#) + GND and there is always information "MECxxxx series not detected" in the log of SVOD4.
Did somebody facet with this problem?
