ITE is Busy error

I am trying to connect with an ITE EC placed on the following motherboard:
ASUS X555LD rev 3.6

The SVOD3 program shows me the following error:
ITE series not detected
ITE is busy

Can you help me please?

I have the same error, both soldered in the Motherboard, or using a new piece of EC with the debugger board.
