SVOD-Project

Hello everybody, I hope all of you are fine.

I have a question: am I able to progran an SMSC EC with SVOD 3 and the programming adapters (or by any other way)?.
I need to program an SMSC ECE5028 (excuse me...maybe this EC comes with a "standard" programming...if somebody knows it, please let me know too...and excuse me).
