EPFxxx programming

dear admin,

can you explain how to read EPFxxx

I have ASUS X99-A, which has 2 of this chip TPU035-CA2.

i attached the boardview of this MB.

what pins of this chip do i need to connect to the SVOD?

also can you please tell what this chip exactly does? is it for overclocking? can the Motherboard work without it?
