ITE8585E error

Hello everybody:

I'm having all the time an error trying to program the EC ITE8585E. I'm using up to 7 new pieces, out of the box, unsoldered, trying to program it with SVOD3 and the debugger board (2020 version).
All is up to date (SVOD3 app V. 1.1.1.1, its firmware, etc.), and the selected motherboard is the right one (ZIF 128 ITE), and even the pin detection after select the "board" (no board; ZIF debugger) is giving me the OK to the pin arrangement. I have tried with different PCs and OSes (Windows 7, Windows 10), with the same result: ITE series not detected, ITE is busy.

Does somebody has any solution to this question?. I am really in a hurry now.
By the way, my first try was with an ITE8585E mounted in the motherboard, also with no luck. It is extrange, because I tried another ECs from ENE and the SVOD3 with ZIF debugger, and it worked very well...

Thanks a lot, admin. I'm not so lucky as you. I have exactly the same configuration as the one you are showing in the pictures, and still with the same results. I will do more tests, but I promise you that I have done everything possible.

I’m having the same error all the time.
I have a question: I supose that all ZIF boards are tested there in Kosice before leaving your lab. But just in case, I need to check with you if all the closed jumpers are correct.

Only 5 are jumpered (I will try to post a pic), and only 2 100k SMD resistors are installed. I marked the closed jumpers in red, and the installed resistors in green. Could you confirm that this is correct?.

By the way, one more clue:

I have tested it with an IT8586 (Lenovo), also new, and it works perfectly.

I’m questioning myself if all the new IT8585E that I have can be bad or damaged in some way. It’s strange, because I have 7, and 2 are from one provider, and the another 5 from a different supplier, with time difference between orders…

Today I received another 5 new pieces of the IT8585E, and no one is working in the ZIF programmer.

The printed info in the chip is:

I still don't know what to do with this matter. Maybe you must give me the adress of your chip provider, to order it there directly.

if you ITE8585 not new and with firmware inside, need solder spi25 flash empty with size more 128k
