ITE8585E error

I’m having the same error all the time.
I have a question: I supose that all ZIF boards are tested there in Kosice before leaving your lab. But just in case, I need to check with you if all the closed jumpers are correct.

Only 5 are jumpered (I will try to post a pic), and only 2 100k SMD resistors are installed. I marked the closed jumpers in red, and the installed resistors in green. Could you confirm that this is correct?.

if you ITE8585 not new and with firmware inside, need solder spi25 flash empty with size more 128k

Thanks a lot! I will try it out ASAP, and will post here the results.
Maybe the ECs are not absolutely blank from factory (or from my provider). I saw a video in YouTube from Adiya, but they explain this using the old debugger board, with a lot of jumpers and cables, and not the 2.020 model.

Also, thanks for the drawing with the position of jumpers and 10k resistors (sorry; I told 100k…mistake).

Well, now everything is perfect.

But I must tell that the jumper schematic is not very reliable. I am using the ENE-NUVOTON without any changes, and everything is working well (in spite the jumpers showed in your schematic are not the same used in my board).

Anyway, the ITE board is working as expected. I am posting here a pic of the mod that I have installed, in order to erase the contents of the ITE EC, just in case you want to make it for your ZIF debugger board.
